Started in 2016 in Vernon BC Okanagan Property Services (OPS ) has grown to become a major supplier to Strata , Commercial and Municipality Maintenance Services in the Okanagan.
Our friendly staff are service orientated and made up of Arborists, Lawn Care Specialists, Irrigation technicians and general maintenance professionals. Our ‘One Supplier’ approach provides confidence and peace of mind to our clients in dealing with one company to get all their maintenance jobs done
We carry full WCB coverage and 5 million in Liability Insurance for your protection.
We annually maintain over 4.5 million square feet on over 50 large condominium residences, city boulevards, city parks, bus stops, sports fields and beaches in and around the North Okanagan.
We also provide irrigation maintenance and weed and feed treatments to residential customers as well. Our philosophy is “The bigger The better”
